Jasmine’s Breakfast Kitchen is a cosy little breakfast café/coffee shop in the heart of Phnom Penh.
Established 2019 and previously known as “The Otherside” due to its original location in the Chroy Changvar district which is the peninsular that separates the Tonlé Sap river with the mighty Meekong river.
After relocating to the central part of the city, near Central Market and Riverside area, Kevin and Sophia quickly gained a reputation for their superb homecooked food. Especially the Breakfasts!
The consistently positive reviews on Google Maps says it all…
To help reflect the most popular dishes on the menu, the café is now called Jasmine’s Breakfast Kitchen and continues to grow its reputation for quality home cooking, a friendly atmosphere and very reasonable prices.
Jasmine’s Breakfast Kitchen is always open early, every day.
Fantastic English Breakfast here in Phnom Penh!
Lovely couple here that served this great breakfast. The omemade sausages & hash browns were a delight.
The location may seem unassuming, but the friendly service of the couple and the quality of the food made this a hidden gem for me.
Definitely recommend if craving an English Breakfast here in the heart of Phnom Penh!

This place has outstanding pies, as good as any you would get in a classy pub in the UK. Please support Sophia, she is a wonderful cook and a very hospitable host. The coffee is also good, as the owner used to run a cafe before opening this little restaurant. This is a good local business and it deserves your support!
Food here is amazing. Mix of western and asian foods to suit your choice - we came here for breakfast and had the full breakfast and a sausage baguette.
Easily the best breakfast we’ve had on our trip, the sausages are so tasty and the closest to what we have in the UK.
Owners are so friendly too, chatted to us for plenty of time and gave us local recommendations.
Topped off with a massive cup of Yorkshire Tea - winner!!!
Thank you😁
This is a lovely place. I was about to order the full English breakfast but was tempted by the homemade pies instead. One of my children chose the breakfast and said it was excellent, while my other son joined me with the pies — which were delicious, with a fresh, homemade feel.
